The “Ordre des Chevaliers de Saint-Ouen & de l’Etoile (OSOE)” is a private Organization founded by its Grand Master on 2005 as a a legal Renew of the french first Order created by King John the Second (1319-1354). The Order organization’s rules are based on the Magna Charta.

 The Order is an open laic, no political Society with its own rules based on the old Knighthood’s values of Respect, Abnegation and Deserve.

From its international Seat in London, the Order is working as a Network of diplomatical or representative Missions managing the Magisterial Policies. The Order is also organized as a worldwide Network of autonoumous Priories in Africa, Asia,  Europe and Middle East.

 Working Action Plan 2009

For the next year 2009, the Order will promote its new Global Action Plan for Africa.

Firstly developing in Education through higher Number of  "Equal Opportunity" Scholarships IRERIE, this yearly Working Action Plan will be extended to Culture, Art, Health and Social Welfare also. Some Actions will be developed by shared Partnerships with international or national public or private Organizations and Local Authorities too.

Working Action Plan 2008

In 2008, the Order is supporting by direct financial Contribution the French association “Planete Urgence©” and its Action “Plantons des arbres” against the Deforestation.
